About Castor Oil

Castor oil is a rich, naturally thick botanical oil commonly included in hair, scalp and body-care routines. Its dense texture makes a small amount sufficient for most topical applications, and it blends well with lighter carrier oils.

Common uses

• Apply sparingly to dry hair lengths or include in a pre-wash scalp massage blend.
• Blend with coconut, almond or another suitable carrier oil for easier application.
• Use a small amount on dry areas of the body after patch testing.

How to use

Warm a small amount between the palms or mix it with a lighter oil. Massage gently and wash out as needed. Avoid the eyes, broken skin and sensitive areas. Patch test before wider use, particularly if you have sensitive skin.

Storage and care

Keep the bottle tightly closed and store away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. This product is intended for external use unless the label specifically states that it is food-grade. Stop use if irritation develops.
