Sara Flaxseed Oil is a versatile seed oil with a mild, nutty character. Flaxseed oil is naturally known as a plant source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid, and works best as a finishing oil rather than a high-heat cooking oil.
How to use flaxseed oil
- Food: Add a small amount to salads, smoothies, yoghurt or cooked food after it has cooled slightly.
- Hair care: Massage a small amount into the scalp or blend it with another carrier oil, then wash as usual.
- Skin care: Apply sparingly to dry areas after a patch test.
Available sizes
Choose 100 ml for regular household use or 500 ml for frequent use and business requirements.
Storage
Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow the directions and best-before information printed on the pack.

Dark Addiction –
Why it is bottled 8n plastic instead of dark glass bottle? And is it cold pressed? Ii has a short life expectancy of about 3 months after extracting oil from flax seed.

Thank you for your comments. It was our first lot for some specific demands. That time we were unable to mange the dark glass bottle.
